We work hard to get our products to you in the fastest, least expensive way possible and we’re always negotiating to get you the very best deal.
We charge you exactly what we pay to get your order to your destination, worldwide. We don’t mark up our shipping fees to make extra cash, nor do we mark up our products to cover shipping costs. We don’t charge handling fees either.

When you’ve finished shopping, enter your country, state/region/county, and postal code into the calculator. Your destination’s shipping options will appear along with their costs. Choose the method that you prefer. The amount may adjust a little in the checkout when you provide your full address.
Note: Many of our products are classified as heavy and/or oversized by shipping firms. International charges vary widely but can sometimes equal or surpass the price of your order.
We never charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped. That way we have a chance to check it for errors and contact you if something doesn’t seem right.
Although our online shipping calculator is almost always correct, we always double check to see if there is a way that we can re-pack your order to save you some dough. If we can, we’ll automatically reduce the price of your order before we charge your card.
We ship most orders for our core items within one business day of receipt.
Companies We Use
We ship via FedEx and UPS. They specialize in handling the kinds of packages we send and offer excellent rates and tracking services.
How Long Does it Take?
UPS ground can deliver virtually anywhere in the contiguous United States within five business days. UPS Worldwide can deliver orders to Canada within 1-3 days, Europe within 3-5 days and Australia within 3-4 days. Some expedited services are also available. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Note: We cannot ship to post office boxes.
Taxes and Duties
We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within California.
If you live in another state or country, you are responsible for paying any sales or value added taxes, customs duties, import taxes or other fees levied on your purchase. Because these fees are owed to your government, we cannot collect them on your behalf. We also cannot advise you on what they may be.
Note: Please research these matters before you make your purchase so that you are aware of any fees that may become due when your package arrives.
We will send you an email message with order tracking information when your products are shipped. If you create an account on our site, you can also review this information on your account page.
We care about your discretion! We ship our products in plain packages with only a shipping label. We list our return address as FL Inc.
If you’re going to be in the Palm Springs area, you can arrange to pick up your purchase at our factory for free. Leave us a note in the order comments section to let us know We’ll be in touch to arrange a day and time.
Note: We must charge California sales tax on items picked up at our factory.
