Shipping
We work hard to get our products to you fast.
To see your shipping cost, when you’ve finished shopping, enter your shipping address as prompted by the website. Your destination’s shipping options will appear along with their costs. Choose the method that you prefer. If all looks good to you, you can then enter your credit card to complete your order. If not, just empty your cart and exit the site.
If we are able to reduce your shipping costs by combining items into fewer boxes, we will do so and then recalculate your final shipping costs. In short, we may able to lower your shipping cost but we will never increase it.
Note: Many of our products are classified as heavy and/or oversized by shipping firms. International charges vary widely but can be expensive.
Note: There are a number of countries where we consistently find that our products are seized by customs. If you order from such a country, we will contact you to confirm that you want to place the order because we can’t offer replacements or refunds on orders seized by customs. Also, if a customer fails to pick up their order from customs and it is shipped back to us, any refunds offered the customer will include the cost of having the item shipped back to us plus restocking fees.
Order Processing
We don’t charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped. So until your order is within a couple of hours of going onto the UPS truck, it will say “On Hold.”
Companies We Use
We ship via UPS. We have negotiated rates much below what you would get at your local UPS store and they are competitive with other shippers.
How Long Does it Take?
UPS ground can deliver virtually anywhere in the contiguous United States within 5-7 business days. UPS Worldwide can deliver orders to Canada within 5-7 days, Europe within 5-7 days and Australia takes about a week. These times are approximations based upon our experience and not guarantees. Some expedited services such as overnight shipping, 2 day shipping, and 3 day shipping are available at time of check-out.
Special Instructions
Got special delivery instructions? Please tell us in the Order Notes section of the Checkout page. If we need to reach you, we will use the email address or phone number you entered when you placed your order.
Note: We cannot ship to post office boxes.
Taxes and Duties
We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within California.
If you live in another state or country, you are responsible for paying any sales or value added taxes, customs duties, import taxes or other fees levied on your purchase. Because these fees are owed to your government, we cannot collect them on your behalf. We also cannot advise you on what they may be.
Note: Please research these matters before you make your purchase so that you are aware of any fees that may become due when your package arrives.

We will send you an email message with order tracking information when your products are shipped.
Discretion
We care about your discretion! We ship our products in plain packages with only a shipping label. We list our return address as FL Inc.
Factory Pickup
If you’re going to be in the Palm Springs area, you can arrange to pick up your purchase at our factory for free. Just select “Factory Pickup” as your shipping choice. We’ll be in touch to arrange a day and time. Pick up can often be same day.
Note: We must charge California sales tax on items picked up at our factory regardless of where you may actually live.
