Shopping at JimSupport is fun and easy. Here’s a brief guide.
Create an Account
You don’t have to have an account to shop with us, but creating one makes your shopping better.
From your account dashboard you can view and track your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details. Accounts also make it easier to create private wishlists for future shopping (or to share with friends) and to check out faster.
To create your account, just enter your email address and a password on the signup page. If you’re buying something, you can also create an account while you’re checking out by clicking the “Create an Account” box on the checkout page.
Once you create an account, be sure to sign in whenever you return!
Not sure where to begin? Start with an equipment category’s Catalog + Guide page in the Shop Menu. It will give you an overview of everything in the category and explain how products coordinate.
If a product comes in more than one version (size, color, etc.), you’ll see it listed with a price range. Pick the version you prefer and its price will appear. You must select which version of the product that you’d like to purchase before you may add it to your shopping cart. You can always change your mind and select a different version before you add it to your cart.
If a product has coordinating accessories, you’ll see a “Customize It!” link at the bottom of the product description. Clicking that link will show you everything else that goes with your item.
Most items are usually in stock, but our Core Items always are! Click on the “Core Products” link in the shop menu to see our Core Collection.
Wishlists are a way to bookmark stuff you’d like to look at later. You can create one whether you have an account or not, but to save one for later use you must create or sign into an account.
To add something to your wishlist, just click the wishlist icon (there’s a picture of it next to the title of this section) on any catalog or product page.
Sometimes if you’re using a wishlist without an account, you may need to refresh your screen on the wishlist page to display your most recent adds and removals.
If you’re shopping as a guest, we recommend that you empty your wishlist before you leave the site to protect your privacy. To clear your wishlist, view it and click the “X” next to each item.
Payment and Security
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.
For your security, our credit card transactions are processed by Authorize.net. Authorize.net ensures that any card details sent by you are encrypted and held securely. No one else, including us, has access to your credit card details. (That’s why we have to ask you for your payment information again if you want to increase the amount of your order.)
Charges for your JimSupport order will be listed under the name Fetish Locker on your credit card statement. That’s the name of our corporation.
We never charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped.
We ship most orders for our core items within one business day of receipt.
We ship throughout the world, but laws prevent us from shipping everywhere. If your country is not listed on our checkout page, we probably can’t send you our products.

We personally review every order before we charge or ship it. That way we have a chance to check for errors and contact you if something doesn’t seem right.
Although our online shipping calculator is almost always correct, we always double check to see if there is a way that we can re-pack your order to save you some dough. If we can, we’ll automatically reduce the price of your order before we charge your card.
We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within California. If you live in another state or country, you are responsible for paying any sales or value added taxes, customs duties, import taxes or other fees levied on your purchase.
Because these fees are owed to your government, we cannot collect them on your behalf. We also cannot advise you on what they may be.
Please research these matters before you make your purchase so that you are aware of any fees that may become due when your package arrives.
Email and Newsletter
Creating an account (see above) does not sign you up for our newsletter. And signing up for our newsletter does not create an account. We keep that stuff separate so that you’re always in control of how you hear from us.
To get information about sales, new products and more, either make a purchase or sign up for our newsletter. There’s a subscription button at the bottom of each page. It’ll take you to our sign up form.
If you subscribe through our sign up form, we’ll ask you to confirm your intent to subscribe. Be sure to watch for the email message with the special confirmation link. It may be in your spam folder. Then click it!
